ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
INFORMATION & CRITERIA
DEADLINE EXTENDED TO APRIL 5TH 2024
1. The American Journal of Neuroradiology (AJNR) encourages presenters to submit manuscripts based on their work to AJNR before considering other journals.
2. Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the
ASFNR 17th Annual Meeting.
3. Published or previously presented works should NOT be
submitted.
4. Submission of technical topic and clinical subtopic areas include:

fMRI, Diffusion, Perfusion, CT, Morphometric
-
Imaging, High-field, AI/Informatics, 3D printing,
-
Preclinical/Molecular, TBI, Neurodegenerative,
-
Neuropsychiatry, Stroke, Epilepsy, Brain Tumors, Head
and Neck, Spine, Pediatrics.
5. Submit each abstract in one category only.
6. Format abstract text using headings required for the submission category.
7. Maximum length: 300 words including graphics. Charts, graphs, and tables may be included
as an image, for all categories.
8. Submission site allows the uploading of files into the system.
9. Changes can be made to the abstract until the deadline.

Scientific Paper (Oral Presentation: Only one graphic file with a maximum of four (4) images is permitted.

Educational Exhibits (Electronic): Abstracts may include one graphic file with a maximum of two (2) images.

Scientific Poster (Electronic): Visual presentation summarizing details of original research.Required abstract format: Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion. Abstracts may include one graphic file with a maximum of four (2) images.

Required graphic file resolution is 300 dpi or greater (e.g. 900-pixel width by 900-pixel height for a 3-inch by 3-inch image).

Maximum file size of 10 megabytes.

Only PDF, .jpg and .gif formats are accepted.
SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
Scientific Paper (Oral Presentation)

5-minute presentation plus 1-minute for questions should summarize details of original investigative research.

Required abstract format: summary of the planned presentation and list of educational objectives. Consider use of “Purpose, Methods, Findings, Summary” when appropriate
